To observe people through windows at night, going about their lives. Like dogging only they don't know you're there & sex isn't always involved.

Like one of those strip booths, only it's a window on a house.

I was out catting last night, watched these kids play on their N64 for a while, then after they went to bed, their parents did it on the floor in front of the TV.

Hym "I knew someone would say something about line cutting. That's my biggest problem with you. Until now you've been framing the situation as you all thwarting a get rich quick scheme.
