Jack Smith

It's a term used when you report to work with technical difficulties. "My laptop jus automatically updated," or "My computer just turned off." when it isn't the case. The concept describes a lie that lets you escape your work when you're lazy.

You can also use this to describe someone who just disappeared without notice.

Hey guys, I'm lazy AF right now. Let me do a Jack Smith.
Where's Jay? Is he at work or not? Did he Jack Smith on us again?
