It pretty much means "awesome" or "cool" or "radical" (when I use the word or phrase anyway)
You (or I rather) use slam-dunkafter a word like "cool".

(Just really wanted to put a word I use "as a joke" rather on this website so... yeah)

The act of sitting balls naked on the toilet while taking a shit and swigging some fine beer. Designated "Swiss" for the exquisite cocoa products comin' out yer bungbungbung.

GIRL: "Where's Francis? We gotta get to the concert?"
