Amelia Rose is a sweet kind person, she can be shy at times but when you get to know her she will be fun and bubbly. For her birthday/Xmas if she doesn’t already has one she really wants a cat, so make her day and get it for her! Get the Amelia rosemug. A Polish rose is an hors d'oeuvre made with chipped beef (Buddig, for example) cream cheese and a dill pickel. Spread the soft cream cheese on the slice of beef, lay a pickel on it and roll it up. Then slice it cross wise into bite sized pieces. I am not aware of a proper culinary name for these. We've always called them Polish roses.
