Dream Stans are people who enjoy watching Dream (the green mc manhunt boi) so much it's a clinical disorder. Most of the time they actually have genuine mental disabilities. Whenever someone posts their opinion that is negative about Dream, expect them to get picked up and thrown into a volcano. Some of them promote or make NSFW art of Dream and other Dream SMP characters, like Tommyinnit, who is a minor. (By the way, don't send any hate to these people.)

a person who enjoys dreams content a bit more than others. they often interact with dream and the mcyt fandom. most of these ‘stans’ are quite nice but you can run into a few distasteful people. these stans are mostly overwhelming and can be very dramatic about some things but people choose to assume that every dream stan is the same.

Typically a bunch on teenagers trying to get noticed by their favorites such as one direction. But in 2020 stan twitter seem to be the only people on twitter standing up for BLM and starting the revolution. They are fantasizing over ANON which is the biggest hacker group known, yet they are giving them pet names.
