dirk digglers reference the fictional porn star in P.T. Anderson's movie, Boogie Nights, and are the male equivalent of "daisy dukes." dirk digglers are minuscule (in length), tight, crotch bulging shorts. and as with "daisy dukes," they are best represented in the form of cut-off jeans. however, there are many fine representations in polyester as well. coincidentally, a high percentage of men found in dirk digglers sport a profound mustache.
