The act of literally duping and brushing someone’s chest in an upward motion. Girls can scoop guys, but guys can’t scoop girls. Girls can scoop eachother , same thing goes for guys. The key to the perfect scoop is to instead of flicking your wrist, away your wrist gently.

Scooped; when you or another person gets cheated out of a favorable outcome that should have been a guarantee. You can also scoop others. I.e. request time off when you knew they wanted that day.
