White girls who pay bills, give money to, provide housing for, and offer sexual loyalty to guys of other races with no relationship commitment from them in exchange for attention and sex. May or may not end up being a babymomma, which is irrelevant. Dumb white disease (otherwise known as DWD) usually continues until the white girl runs out of money and/or becomes a victim of physical violence at which point she may have a moment of enlightenment; however, many relapse into DWD again and continue the cycle.
Why is Kristy letting him move in with her when he doesn't even have a job and 2 babymommas? Girl I told you she's got dumb white girl disease (DWD).

Used to express the idea that white men can't jump as high as black men can on the basketball court. Also used to express the stereotype that white men can't play basketball that good.
White man: "Come on man! Let's go outside and play some basketball!"
Black man: "Bruh you know white men can't jump"
Black man: "Bruh you know white men can't jump"
