When you have a crush on someone that you know you have zero chance with, like your hot teacher, or a celebrity, or your best friend’s mom. It’s called a Unicorn crush because, like unicorns, it’s not real, but it’s something everyone knows about and understands.

A goth unicorn can be described as a goth with an inner freak most of times, but if you get with a goth unicorn they are loyal and sweet but have a freak side as well.
