THE REAL definition is A girl who keeps getting beaten by her boyfriend or husband and she doesn't do anything
about it, She just takes it, but this song states she "ain't no hollaback girl" and if you listen, she starts fighting back.

When you're cruising in your low rider, yelling at women hoping for a positive response, a Hollaback girl is a respondee.
(i.e. she 'holler'd back').

Just a guess though.

That Chantelle, every time Dominguez yells to see her top shel, she yells back.. What a Hollaback!
