Freak Throw

The act of throwing an item at a distant target and it actually goes in. A throw that happens only once, and refuses to be repeated, often happens when only the thrower is around to witness.
Walking through the park, didnt really want the sandwich in foil i had, threw it like 40 yards aiming for the bin, and it goes in. Such a freak throw.

de-freak

To forcibly remove unsavory individuals (violent goths, meth addicts, prostitutes, drunken bums, dealers, crackheads) from an area.
They de-freaked those apartments last week and now they're remodeling them into swanky offices.

Oh man, Anchor Park has way too many crackheads. I can't walk through there at night until the cops de-freak it.
