A muscle break is like a tear, but more dramatic and explosive. Adults break, children tear. Muscle is used to pump iron, it ain’t paper.

A break is what occurs to gym rats in their pursuit of excellence. Like icarus’s wing when he flew too close to the sun, a muscle break is a humble nudge to the vile realities of the material world.
