The shinobi law of numbers 

The fighting capacity of the individual ninja is inversely proportionate to the number of similarly dressed shinobi present. Other wise known as the inverse law of ninjas.
The shinobi law of numbers says that all except one ninja will be cannon fodder, and the last one remaining will utterly wtfpwn everything else around him.
