Either a short fat person, a distubing person, or a distubling. Many ways of use. It is a random word because it can be used in so many ways. A chode can be an annoying person, a dirtbag, or a friend. A synonym would be choop, basically it has an origin of negativity but has sucomed to a common pet name for friends. When the word was originally a bad thing to say, it was commonly called Toad in secret.
