Get the Genie Rosemug. A Polish rose is an hors d'oeuvre made with chipped beef (Buddig, for example) cream cheese and a dill pickel. Spread the soft cream cheese on the slice of beef, lay a pickel on it and roll it up. Then slice it cross wise into bite sized pieces. I am not aware of a proper culinary name for these. We've always called them Polish roses.
