It is said and then a handshake is presented by the sayer. You shake the persons hand and then proceed to fist bump them.

Skying

When you want a sip from your friends drink but they don't want you to put your lips to their can/bottle so you tilt your head back and they pour it into your mouth or you pour it yourself.

Back in highschool everyone would be skying their friends Arizona Tea so their lips didn't indirectly touch.
