"How I feel after playing a single note on guitar" is a phrase normally accompanied by a caricature of singer-song writer Kurt Cobain, that means that the person saying it feels like they are Kurt Cobain
The joke has been taken further now with people using caricatures of other musicians, normally with a caption along the lines of; "How I feel after playing a single (sound) on (instrument)"

Created by comedian, Pete Holmes. A shortcut phrase to be used when referencing a celebrity, place, or event as an example for something other than a well known negative issue about it. The idea is to avoid the negative event being a distraction from the point of the statement or story. It also acknowledges that the speaker is aware of the scandal, so that discussion is not necessary.
It's true that he ran a lot of yardage this season, and that's impressive. It doesn't beat the record still held by O.J. Simpson, Scandal Noted, of the record for the single-season yards-per-game average at 143.1.

A note written by Buster Hanson, often to Bryant Hollifield. (Buster is Emily Hanson's dog) He tells Emily what he wants to say and then Emily writes it on a Post-It-Note and shows it to Bryant. Buster does this because he is deaf.
Buster: (looking at Emily as if writing a note) Hey buddy, you want to play fetch?
Emily: Hey honey, Buster wrote this. He wants you to play fetch with him.
Bryant: (dictating to Emily what is being said back) I will play fetch with you. Sounds fun!
Buster: Thanks, you're the best friend a dog could have! Woof!!
Emily: Oh, that's sweet. He really loves you.
Bryant: He may be deaf, but his Buster Note was cool!
