ghetto fair

Parking lot carnivals, usually around in spring, with cheap food, crappy kiddie rides, rigged games, awesome carnies, and of course, zonkeys.

A diehard fisherman that will fish whether the conditions are good or poor. Sunny rainy cloudy calm windy or stormy. HE is on the lake.

I'm not going fishing today it's too windy. George is out fishing today tho. He is a fair whether fisherman.
