Some one stopped at a controlled intersection, with a green light thats on the phone and not paying attention and holding everyone behind them up.

We were cruising along and all of a sudden got stuck in traffuck.

Can also be a verb. The act of getting stuck in traffuck. (example) We were making great time and then got traffucked.
