When a blackmailer does the thing they've threatened to do to someone if they don't do a certain act, either out of spite, or if the blackmailer experiences something bad.

Mark blackmailed Sam into asking out the popular girl in school or else he'd reveal Sam's secret about him shoplifting, but then Mark's grandma was diagnosed with lymphoma, so Mark told everyone about Sam shoplifting. What an act of naughtmailing!
