Someone who is extremely addicted to porn, it doesn't just stop at professional stuff, but it also include amateur, step sister, step father/son, midget, furry, and pretty much anything that gets the heart rate up. If you ever meet a Clepper, I such you get the fuck out of there, they'll try to touch with their booger creamy hands, and it's not good to be around these types of people, trust me on this one.
