Feelings of arowsal are pathetic, unfeeling, and selfish --- nobody should wish noisy strife or chaos on anyone else just so that HE HIMSELF can get his rocks off! A perfect example is telling your significant other that he/she "looks so beautiful when he/she is angry" --- not only is it shallow and demeaning, but it also shows the upset person that you are not even really listening to the actual content of what he's saying or otherwise taking seriously what he was distressed about.
