When you try to call someone a vegeterian but autocorrect enters this instead. We can assume, based off iPhones autocorrect feature, a "vegitalian" is a vegeterian who only consumes italian food.

Vegantarian

Someone who eats mostly vegan, but occasionally will have small amounts of meat, dairy or eggs. It's a hybrid of vegan and vegetarian, i.e.vegantarian.

Tedward says that he's vegan, but I've seen him eat real cheese and some real mayo (with egg), so he's really a vegantarian!
