When a lady gets her period and she has little nuggets of blood, ie blood clots, that are thus named as jelly tots as the gentleman likes to chew on them and suck them like he would a lolly of the namesake.

A synonym for breasts. The word is derived from its similarity to tits and the fact that tote bags are about the size of the average breast, therefore the word tote has come to mean tit. It is especially useful in mixed company where a male may comment she has nice totes, without the well-endowed woman knowing that she is being discussed.

I hadn't seen in her in awhile, but she must have hit puberty's second wind. Her boobs have grown and now she has incredible totes.
