Please note that black people can also hand out nigger passes (aka the n word pass) to white people. The amount of times you can use the n word is determined by the black person you get it from, the number can range from any number above one. Using more than what the pass says is racist and once you commit racist acts such as this any black person in a 21 mile radius are legally allowed to sexually harass you under all circumstances.
