The last social event of the year for university students held before final exams where friends gather together to reflect and share stories from the past year, play music and let loose one last time. Started in Harrington Hall at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada when two students couldn’t afford tickets at the end of their school year to attend a Stevie Ray Vaughan concert on April 6th, 1988.

It’s April 6th Day, let’s get together one last time to enjoy being a student before we leave school for the year.
