A term frequently used in the American funeral industry for a coffin - a six sided burial receptacle.
The word refers to the wedge-like shape of the coffin, which widens from the head to the shoulders and then narrows from the shoulders to the feet - the foot end often being much more narrow than the head end, as if pinching the toes of the person laying inside it.
The term is now sometimes used in everyday American slang, especially during the Halloween season.

Jake: Are we building a haunted house in the garage this year for Halloween?
Tyler: Yup, and I found a really cool toe pincher we can use. It's fake and made of cardboard but it looks like a real coffin.
Jake: Cool! I'll dress up like a vampire and lay inside it.
