Combination of the words super or so and the word drunk. Happens when you get so drunk and begin slurring your words and attempt to say so drunk but sdrunk comes out.

I once saw someone call their cat scrunkly, so I'm assuming it means something along the lines of "cute." (they were also holding the cat how you'd hold a burger.)
