An ethical rule that states that before an individual can start calling out other people for making discriminatory comments or performing biased actions against minorities, the individual must first acknowledge and deal with their own implicit and explicit biases, as well as effectively manage their emotions, so they can lead by example. This includes recognizing biases that are not typically viewed as being part of social justice. (That means you must confront biases like Privilege of the Living and Political Identity Privilege.) It is recommended that when calling someone out over biased comments or behavior that you try to so in a calm and polite manner, so they are less likely to feel attacked, and to avoid supporting the stereotypes about social justice supporters spread by some far-right wing political commentators. Basically, if you expect other people to listen to you and change their behavior in order to be less biased, then you have to be willing to deal with your own biases and privilege and control your emotions.
The social justice two-way expectation rule is an important ethical responsibility for any person considering standing up to discrimination, because if you don’t deal with your own biases first, then a lot of people will ignore you due to the fact you don’t practice what you preach. Failing to deal with your biases prior to calling someone out can also negatively impact the views of social justice in other people as they may see the movement as being just being all talk, without producing any real results.

Cyber Justice Warrior. A pejorative term for a “in the scene” individual who repeatedly and vehemently engages in arguments on Cyber justice on the Internet. Calling it “Drama” they often argue in a shallow or not well-thought-out way, for the purpose of raising their own personal reputation. A Cyber justice warrior, or CJW, does not necessarily strongly believe all that they say, or even care about the group(s) they are fighting on behalf of. They typically repeat points from whoever is the most popular hacker, tweeter or commenter of the moment. Their goal seems to be hoping they will be "1337" in the infosec/hacker community via likes, RT’s, comments, and become popular in return. They are very sure to adopt stances that are "correct" in their social circle.
It’s evident you are dealing with a CJW when they take to their blogs to summarize/laymen the “drama thus far”. CJW’s post in various forms of “Here’s my opinion, everyone is an asshole” essays, that only speak from a one sided perspective. (In other words, The hacker they most easily relate to.) Other signs are sub tweets, passive aggressive “jokes” and tendency to join a dog-pile for a “controversy” they have not taken the time to fully research, even when the OP or the entire thread is readily available.

Justice as a surface matter is a lot like equality, fairness, unity, or peace. It sounds good to the masses, and anybody can say they support it to gain access or control of something, or to get the masses to fall in line with their agenda down the road somewhere. Telling people they will have these things if they are patient instead of telling them they will have to wake up and fight if they don't want to lose any sense of rights they have is misleading.
