Ninja defuse 

Term "ninja defuse" comes from Counter-Strike. It's when Counter-Terrorist player stays hidden near C4 and waits for all remaining Terrorists to exit area before C4 explodes. Then, with defusal kit, he can quickly defuse C4 and win the round.

Most notable example is from SK v NiP match from CPL Winter 2005.
Commentator 1: Oh, he's allowing them not to know that he's there. As it is - He's gonna go do - We're gonna be looking at ninja defuse.
Commentator 2: OMG! OMG!
Commentator 1: He's gonna be able to sneak right in there. Work his way in there. Here comes the defuse!

ninja looter 

The act of joining a group and then trying to get as many items as possible, without regard for the well-being of the rest of the group.

In World of Warcraft, it's customary in many groups to pass on an item when it's being rolled, in order to decide who needs it the most, and then roll again (/random 1-100). A ninja looter will roll on the item, instead of passing, and then may plead ignorance, or may declare that he needs it more than anyone else. Such behavior often results in ejection from the group and blacklisting.

ninja toe 

Male version of the female camel toe. Ninja toe forms in the groin area of men who wear pants or jeans that are too tight. The result is similar to the booties ninjas wear where the toes are split into one group of 2 and one group of 3. Camel toe is divided equally whereas the male anatomy forces an extra toe to either side-thus ninja toe.

That cowboy's Wranglers are so tight, he's sporting ninja toe.
