A usually aggressive insult when used predominantly by highly uneducated, white, young males to indicate an overall disgust for another usually uneducated, young male. In the realm of cursing, this insult would be equivalent to a young female calling another young female a 'bitch' (see pg 45), or somewhere in between 'asshole' (see pg 27) and 'son of a bitch' (see pg 567).
