3. A police officer who is a liar and falsify evidence.

4. An idiot police officer, who can’t do his job correctly so he tries to falsify evidence or frame suspect

That cop is such a fouler. He is so dirty, stay away from him. The prosecutor office is investigating due to his incompetence and him being known for him framing suspects.

Filler: A thing that is added as extra content just to be quantity over quality; unnecessary content.

When a person is attracted to folders. They fantasize about folders all day and they go to “pound town” with their folders. Usually you will see a big gaping hole in the folder with white liquid dripping out. People who are folderphiles usually try to hide the fact that they are fucked up in the head.
