A "Megan Mackenzie". Otherwise known as a bitch who is overly confident with her ass. One who constantly post pictures of her butt and subtly act like she's doing nothing wrong. One who thinks her ass is above and beyond. One who has no boobs and a average ass. One who has no chill when it comes to getting attention.
