This type of video has been used in ironic internet humour to exaggurate things like "still water"(or replacing the text with more humourous text like "Thise who shit in they hands and throw it at people") with it being combined with other brainrot phrases like "balkan rage" and "trollface crashout". Before large scale ironic humour on brainrot, "those who know" was usually tied to a picture of mr incredible becoming uncanny under an image.
