A maneuver that involves the throwing up of one's hands in front of them as one would while surrendering and backing away with a sarcastic and biting air. It's a way of backing off or away from a situation while still making the other person your bitch.

How to "Hit that Elguer"

Boy: *Talking to girl*
2nd Boy: *walks in*
Girl: *leaves first boy and begins talking to second boy*
Boy: *hits that Elguer and backs away from the couple* *Winks* (To 2nd Boy) "Go ahead, have her, you're my bitch tho."
2nd boy: *too salty to come up with response*

Person 1: "Hey, have you listened to Ariel Pink's latest?"

Person 2: "No I haven't, but I'll download their discography and listen to the first three tracks in order of popularity on Last.Fm - then I'll tell you."

Person 1: "You big Hits Listener."
