Being the contraction of "I ought to get more screen time from my parents", this slang term refers to the phenomenon where your parents always limit your screen time that you suddenly lose your "appetite" to binge-watch YouTube. Hence, it eventually "shapes" your habits of limiting your own screen time whilst paradoxically teaching children how to get more screen time from their parents.

Around 2007 and a little bit earlier, many people would take pictures of their device that had a screen and post it online. Many Let's Plays during this time of YouTube people would get their video camera and recorded gameplay and it was acceptable.
As time went by many programs and features allowed the users to take screenshots and screencasts making practice of using another devices, video & picture cameras and cellphones, obsolete for the most part
However it is still used but is usually done for quick uploads in case whatever they'll capturing might not be available. The latter is acceptable however posting or uploading in a normal condition is not.

A green screen that Barney will give you if you are mean to him, or he does something that he wasn't supposed to do, in which you get when the computer crashes, thus you must manually restart your computer, also if Barney does something and it was his fault you received a green screen of death, instead of the normal mad Barney pointing his arrow at the message telling you that you need to restart your computer, he will point his arrow at the reason why it crashed, and he will be shocked, and there will be a note from Barney explaining to you what happened, and there will be an item or video thumbnail that cause the computer to crash with a red prohibition sign on it, and he will tell you that you may need to install something to prevent this from happening again, preferably a driver or antivirus, and may even restart your computer for you.
