Trying to silence people's online accounts is the same thing as the cyberbullying the CAC is trying to accuse some people of. What they're saying is that you have to be one of them to bully people, otherwise your content is unwanted (which is false to everyone except one of them, the Reptilian boy girls).

Trying to silence, ban, or shut down accounts is bullying no matter who does it. The CAC is the worst kind of bullying, the Reptilian boy girl that doesn't know that it is a bully.
