Somebody who says they're there for you, but never is. They say forever but really they mean until they find somebody better. They might or might not keep your secrets. They're going to choose a boyfriend or girlfriend over you. If they are of the opposite sex, things will get very complicated. Best friends are bullshit.

My best friend ditched me to hangout with her boyfriend last night, I'm sure she'll be replacing me any day now.
