A, typically male identifying, person who presents an exterior of a certain level of dignity, coldness and class despite having a weird, often times extremely freaky and flirty, personality that is only revealed to people of trust.

The origin of these terms are unknown though the earliest edition replaces "twinkie" with "twinsie".

The term is to be used in a non formal manner to describe a close friend or a person of authority.
"He sat upon his throne, high above the ground, Heflin snickered, "He's such an employed twinkie!" He whispered to Gregory with a smile on his face"
