Pulling a corporate

1. (Verb) To systematically ruin a perfectly good workplace over the course of several years. Enacting pointless and counterproductive policies in order to save face and money though they make a shit-ton. The "blood from a stone" mentality.

2. To fuck everyone over for nothing other than pure greed.
"Publix cancelled non-management bonuses and stopped giving overtime among other things. Now greedy upper management reaps all the rewards, talk about pulling a corporate."

Corporal Beanbag

Pulling a corporal beanbag is sitting in a corner, camping. You offer up all your supplies like the common whore you are. As your team gets pushed you piss, shit, and cum in your little corner. When you die you blame the Delta Circle.
God Damn is Nova can you not be a corporal beanbag.

Corporations after June 30th

A term used to reference how the minute after Pride Month ends, a majority of corporations and other companies who were pretending to be supportive immediately go back to pretending LGBTQ+ people aren't a thing.
Dang, I thought Target would have changed and kept on selling Pride-themed stuff after June, but it looks like its all gone.

Corporate

The one word that's used to describe a company or companies that care more about making money instead of why they exist in the first place.

Disney, YouTube, Nintendo, Netflix, and Facebook are examples of that.

The Corporate you

The corporate you is defined as talking to any employee as though they are the business as a whole. Example of the corporate you: "Excuse me, do you have any more of these in stock?"

It is like the opposite of the royal we. Its when you use the word "you" to an employee, but you arent referring to them personally, you are talking about the business using the employee as a stand in, because the corporate entity is not alive and cannot hear or answer for itself
