A silly or stupid person. Sometimes a Mafifi will try to grab attention and make them join their religion/cult called: Mafifi (which means stupid/silly people) this species of human is commonly found in 1-6th grade and known to be in large groups. Sometimes they don't acknowledge that they're a mafifi.
