To zoot, or be zooted is to be passed out unintentionally or intentionally after a night out of drinking or taking various types of drugs.

Person 1: "You good bro?"
Person 2: "Nah bro, my stomach hurts. I'm about to zoot ."

Person 1: "Where's Grace?"
Person 2: "She got hella trashed, she's zooted in the other room."

A vape (usually a pod system vape ) which has high nicotine (30-50mg nicotine salt juice) that people in high school secretly use to get buzzed by vaping in the bathroom or other places where they think won’t get caught
