Toonie Test

The Toonie Test is taken by putting a Canadian $2 coin (or approximately similar sized coin) over one's areola and sending a live photo of this to a test giver. This test was formulated in kik groups as both a verification tool and to test one's sense of humor/to weed out bitch niggas. The test must be run by an approved and trained test giver to have any valid or accurate results.

Person 1: yo have you toonie tested yet?
Person 2: yeah! I sent my photo in to the designated test giver and I passed!

2. A person who reviews pending Urban Dictionary submissions. This reviewer is generally characterized as an unfunny super tool who often rejects really awesome and funny Urban Dictionary submissions, and subsequently robs the rest of the world of the potential hilarity.
