The Rule of Funny

The theoretical guideline, “I don’t like X unless it’s funny”.

This term is used situationally, especially in recent times on social media to define how someone can enjoy a piece of content even if it betrays their own beliefs.

Person 1: “I do, unless it’s used in a funny way, such is the rule of funny.”

When you only hear something recently, but you think it's pretty funny so you include it.
Peace Out

1. Goodbye
2. (intransitive verb) to leave or retire
3. (transitive verb) to kill

Note: I only heard the third meaning recently, but I thought it was pretty funny so I've included it.

1. "Yeah, see you then, peace out."
2. "Yo I gotta peace out, I'm tired."
3. "I just peaced out that spider with my shoe."

It's like when there's a mailman, you know, and so the dog, a Golden Retriever, it was humping his leg, down there.
