1) (ACTUAL MEANING)
a. Involving or showing random behaviour.
b. Involving chance or probability.
c. Involving guesswork or conjecture.

2) Describes something that does not conform to the normal laws of physics, and instead appears to act in a frenzied manner.

3) GMOD PHYSICS: Describes a contraption that fails to function correctly and consistently, and instead acts in a random, out-of-control fashion.

A highly Norwegian town with small population, but a big attitude. Very strong with athletics, esp wrestling and hockey. People are usually high, or about to be. Everyone is attractive and likes to eat at el rio grande or culvers. There are also a lot of albanians with nice cars. We all get drunk on the 17th of May, or Syttende Mai. We spelt the town name wrong on the new watertower, but that doesn't make us any less-likely to kick your ass! Always remember, you can't take the TOUGH out of sTOUGHton!

An individual who displays an unenthusiastic and passive attitude towards his environment (workplace, school, church etc). The actual slouch position is defined by the position of one's back against the seat-base of any chair or stool, generally aided by a counter balancing device (a coffee cup).
