To lie face down on the floor in a kind of reversed plank position. Often done to fake injury for attention or to get out of drinking another pint when you’re struggling to keep up.
I couldn’t keep up with the lads on a session so I threw a little smithy and got some put on oxygen my an air stewardess. While I was down there I had a good sniff of her toes and got a little semi too!

You may have heard of a dirty sanchez but this is much more filthy. It's when you find out a player isn't playing in a forthcoming fantasy gameweek and you transfer them out for someone who is. Despicable behaviour
Smithy: "Phew, just transferred out an overpriced underperforming midfielder because he's not in the starting XI tonight"
