A playthey is the equivalent of "boytoy" for males or "plaything" or "playtoy" for females, but describes nonbinary or gender nonconforming people casual sexual relationships with an implied power imbalance dynamic. Playthey is not specific to GNC or androgynous persons, and can also be modified for neopronouns such as "playxem" or "playfae," which honestly sounds delightful.
