Mill-dicker

A derogatory term made by contractors who fix other contractors bad installs, fixes or other issues. They'll sell it for a song and sing that check to the bank before completion.

Man that mill-dicker in Orem Utah sure has a bunch of companies fixing his piss poor installs.

PT mill

A physical therapy clinic that focuses entirely on patient volume and profits with no care for actual quality of treatment. Patients are quickly handed off to an unlicensed aide or tech after barely seeing their primary therapist. Mill is akin to 'factory' - pump in and out as many patients as quickly as possible - a physical therapy mill.

'Hey, have you ever gone to the MOST Physical Therapy?'

"Yeah man, that place is a PT mill. I was seen by the therapist for 15 minutes and then handed off immediately to an aide."

Mallternative

A word I coined in the summer of 1997 to describe the people (mostly young adults) who relied on MTV and cookie-cutter clothes from the local malls and corporate clothing stores (ie.Urban Outfitters) to design and define their "alternative" lifestyle. It came to me in '97 when I saw a kid drive up in his red, '65 mustang wearing a mall-bought golf cap while sporting his inreasingly popular, brand new, fresh from the package wife-beater to show off his latest "tribal" arm-band tatt. The Mallternative clone can only participate in a prefabbed lifestyle that was mass produced for similar like-minded individuals designed to represent their 'unique' place in the world amongst all their other 'different' peers in the herd.

"Look at him with his pseudo-tattered, store-bought, knee-less, pre-stained jeans and his fake tattoo t-shirt...He's SO Mallternative!"

pill mill

slang for a a word used to describe a pain clinic that is over prescribing medication is called a pill mill.

Even though over prescribing is an opinion by a medical professional and each case has unique and special circumstances. When someone disagrees with the amount of drugs administered they use a slang word called pill mill to sway people to their opinion. This implies that the pain clinic is milling the drugs when in fact the big drug companies would be a better fit for the word pill mill.
