A retarded Harlequin fetus and trend whore of epic proportions who didn't start anything, didn't finish anything, and hasn't said anything new. Ever. People seem to be offended by him for no particular reason in particular.

He is loved by legions of obnoxious suburban mall goth teenagers, who apparently have nothing better to do than to waste money on buying Manson albums and Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise to act "rebellious" and piss off their parents.

Contrary to popular belief, there are, in fact, members in Marilyn Manson other than Brian Warner. In fact, there's quite a few of them. Rumor has it that Mr. Manson enjoys firing his band members right and left depending on the mood he's in at the time. It's been suggested that the reason for this is because the ex- and current bandmates don't resemble Wicked Witch of the West, Margaret Hamilton, once they scrub the twenty layers of pancake makeup off their faces, while for Manson, it's the exact opposite.

The 90's version of Gene Simmons. "Rebellion" prepackaged and sold by corporations. Manson's music is watered-down, M(oron)TV friendly crap, disguised as "dark" and "rebellious" and "thought-provoking". His first huge single was a cover(a crappy cover, I might add) of a Eurythmics song. How "challenging" and "rebellious" and "thought-provoking" and "individualistic" is that? It's as safe and mainstream as you can get. Manson's music is only offensive to those with actual intelligence or musical taste. Manson's as "evil" as Kermit the Frog. And about as intelligent or musically talented as a rock.

You don't honestly believe Marilyn Manson actually believes any of that shit do you?

Marilyn Manson

A misunderstood and quite smart "shock-rocker" that formed his own band, where all the members take the first name of a famous female actoress/singer and the last name of a serial killer.

Due to the image Marilyn Manson potrays, he and his band gain a lot of negativety, which is also due to he and his band's individuality, as it is far from mainstream metal and trails off further from the Industrial genre itself.
He is quite aware of his image and what it potrays. but why change it when he has such a large number of fan who simply enjoy his music and, being a fan myself, his "pride" in his originality.

He also does great cover songs!!
