It is their God given rights to get the wrong fuel grade pumped into their vehicle, lose their gas cap, and have gas poured down the side of their vehicle all at the fault of the town junkie.

I visited my relative out of state and sat at the gas station for 2 hours waiting for someone to come pump my gas before I realized I wasn't in Oregon anymore!
